Answer: There are many factors that will determine the length of a lawsuit. It is dependent on the amount of cases before the courts, the amount of money that is being sought, and even the amount of money a company can pay. Generally, a lawsuit will take between several weeks and several months.
Question: What if I lose my case? Can I file again?
Answer: If a case cannot be proven, than another claim can be filed. Its important to understand why the first claim failed and try to find the additional paperwork.
